To get to the island where Barbarian Camp is you have to made becoming barbarian mission of the Ice Islands Quest. You travel there by talking to Buddel that is in south Svargrond. Ask him for passage to camp. It costs 50 gp each time you travel with him but he is drunk so he can bring you to the wrong island sometimes. If you are at the island you should be following this map first (Badgers, Winter Wolves, Polar Bears, Frost Trolls and Mammoths here):

Go upstairs and follow this map (Winter Wolves, Polar Bears, Mammoths on the way):

Now get down by the ramp. At this path you will face Badgers, Winter Wolves, Polar Bears, Frost Trolls, Mammoths and some barbarians until you reach Barbarian camp. At Barbarian camp you will meet all kind of Barbarians. Here's the map:
